No, I'm not engaged, but I've learned in the past that no embed in Iraq is a done deal until all the papers are signed and you have a date confirmed.
I now have both.
In two weeks I'll head back to where Outside The Wire ended.

A lot of people complain about the media's coverage of Iraq. I certainly do.
It was my dislike of the media's coverage of the war that took me to Iraq in 2005 and what causes me to go back again.
But unlike most people, I am in a position to do something about it. Being single, in good health and knowing the basics of TV, I put my life and limb where my mouth was. But most people have obligations, family and are not suited for Iraq.
If you dislike the media's coverage of Iraq and can spare $16.95, please buy a DVD.
If you cannot spare $16.95, please visit the site often and tell others about it.
